GHC members who have a prescription drug benefit and use the GHC DeForest Clinic, a UW Health-Community Clinic, or UW Health-Family Medicine Clinic must receive prescription drugs from a GHC-operated or a GHC-approved pharmacy.

This listing may not include every GHC-Approved Pharmacy Location. GHC
provides prescription benefits through SXC Health Solutions, Inc. Please
contact your local pharmacist to inquire about participation in SXC's Preferred Pharmacy Network.
