Mary Karls has long believed in the power of healing through touch. While working as a commercial artist she turned to massage for relief from the daily pressures of deadlines. After a major accident, massage, meditation, nutrition and energy work helped her return to a normal functioning level. Her positive experience led her to the field of massage therapy.

Mary has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She has experience with infants, the elderly, athletes and the physically and mentally disabled. After a session, Mary’s clients often feel rejuvenated and pain free. They are amazed how therapeutic touch can relieve the stress they are experiencing. Mary has also incorporated hot stone therapy into her massage therapy session, helping relieve tension and calm the central nervous system.

Mary trained at the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork. Her travels have taken her to China to experience Tui Nai and to Brazil and Peru for energy work. She has continued her education in many modalities including Acutouch Therapy. She is also planning future training in Holopathic Hand Treatments and La Stone Therapy.

When not practicing, Mary enjoys spending time with her children and pets. She loves to travel to adventurous locations and to meet new people.
